SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping:
All items are shipped by Royal Mail 2nd Class, please allow up to 10 working days for your item to arrive in peak times. If your packaged hasn't arrived 10 working days after dispatch please contact us via email stating your order number and we will process a lost post claim on your behalf.

Exchanges:
We accept exchanges up to 14 days from delivery. If you want to exchange a product, please follow these instructions:

​1. Please contact us with your order number asking for an exchange

2. We will refund you for the item (minus the shipping cost from the original order)

3. Please return the original item to the address below (note the return shipping is the customers responsibility) 

4. Place a new order for the item you want

 

 

Returns:

We really hope you are happy with your purchase, however, you have 14 days from delivery to receive a full refund (minus shipping).

If you purchased your items at a discounted price please contact us as sale/promotional items are non refundable.

Items purchased using a gift voucher or code can be exchanged but are not eligible for a monetary refund.

Ts&Cs:

All items must be returned in their entirety. Worn items are not returnable, please make sure all items fit correctly prior to wearing them outdoors, all returned items must be well packaged so that the products are not damaged upon return. Tags must still be attached and clothes must not be washed prior to return. 

Faulty items must be returned to us to assess the fault before a full refund can be processed. 

NOTE! You are the customer who has the financial responsibility for your shipment coming to us. Please note the package tracking number of the package that you ship in return to us and request a receipt.
